       Elegant Essen Catering has been considered one of Atlanta’s prime catering companies since its founding in the late 80’s. Owner Marlene Bercovitch, along with her husband Ed built the company from scratch. (It all started with Marlene’s “secret” recipe for “Whiskey Cake”.)

       Since 1988, the Bercovitches have developed a reputation for delicious, efficient food service and catering, and built strong, lasting relationships with many institutions, universities, corporations and private individuals. The company has been extremely gratified to have catered numerous celebrations, receptions and parties throughout Atlanta and North Georgia.

       Marlene and her husband Ed Bercovitch relocated to Atlanta from Texas in 1987.

       For the past two decades, their successful catering company Elegant Essen has been providing full service kosher catering to many of Georgia’s corporations, institutions, and universities and to private events and parties.
